Bu araştırmanın amacı Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlıklisans programı dördüncü sınıf düzeyinde yürütülen süpervizyon sürecine ilişkinpsikolojik danışman adaylarının görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanınkatılımcıları, Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Rehberlik ve PsikolojikDanışmanlık lisans programı son sınıf öğrencileridir. Örnekleme yöntemi olarakamaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve süpervizyonu tamamlamış, gönüllü 16 (8erkek, 8 kadın) öğrenci araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın deseni,nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan fenomenolojik araştırma deseni olarakbelirlenmiştir. Araştırmada veriler iki ayrı odak grup görüşmesi ile eldeedilmiş ve iki akademisyen tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin analizindeiçerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan danışman-süpervizör ilişkisinin niteliği,süpervizyon sürecinin niteliği, süpervizyonun danışma sürecine katkısı ve süpervizyonun mesleki-kişisel gelişimekatkısı olmak üzere dört tema ortaya çıkmıştır. Bulgular alanyazın ışığındatartışılmış, araştırmacı ve uygulayıcılara öneriler sunulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to examine the views of thecounselor candidates about supervision process which carried out at the fourthgrade level of the psychological counseling and guidance undergraduate program.Manisa Celal Bayar University psychological counseling and guidance programsenior students are the participants of the study. 16 (8 male, 8 female) volunteer senior students who finished the supervisionprocess succesfully selected through the purposive sampling method.Phenomenological research design which is one of qualitative research methodswas used in the study. The data çollected through two separate focus groupinterviews and analyzed by two experts. The findings point out four themes; thenature of supervisor- supervisee relationship, the quality of the supervisionprocess, contributions of supervision to the counseling process andcontributions of supervision to professional-personal development. The findingsof the study were discussed in the light of the literature and suggestions wereoffered to researchers and practitioners.
