Özet:
In this study, it is aimed to investigate the mediating role of optimism in the effect of
informal communication on job resourcefulness. In the study, a questionnaire was
applied to 84 people through convenience sampling to the employees of a shopping
center operating in Isparta. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 Package Program.
Descriptive analyzes, t-test, anova, correlation, regression analyzes were performed and
the mediation effect was examined with Bootstrapp Regression analysis with SPSS
Process Module. According to the results of the analysis; on business resourcefulness of
informal communication; It has been determined that informal communication has a
significant and positive effect on optimism and optimism on job resourcefulness.
Informal communication, business resourcefulness and optimism, which cover the
subjects of the study, have been studied together with different subjects in other studies,
but the study is unique in that it covers these three subjects together. As a result of the
study, it was determined that optimism had a mediating role in the effect of informal
communication on job resourcefulness.
