The purpose of this study is to examine the export and the effect of the foreign exchange rate using the ARDL cointegration test and to perform the Granger causality analysis. For this aim January 2010-October 2017 data were used monthly. Data were obtained from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and Turkey Statistical Institude of Electronic Data Delivery from the site database. When the empirical findings obtained are examined, it is observed that there is a long-term relationship between exchange rate export and imports according to the ARDLcointegration test. According to Granger causality analysis, no causality relation was found between variables. |

Bu çalışmanın amacı döviz kurunun ihracat ve ithalat üzerindeki etkisinin ARDL eşbütünleşme testi kullanılarak incelenmesi ve Granger nedensellik analizinin yapılmasıdır. Bu amaçla Ocak 2010-Ekim 2017 yılı verileri aylık olarak kullanılmıştır. Veriler Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Merkez Bankası Elektronik Veri Dağıtım Sitesinden ve Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu Veri Tabanından elde edilmiştir. Gözlem sayısı doksan dörttür. Elde edilen ampirik bulgular incelendiğinde ARDL eşbütünleşme testine göre döviz kuru, ihracat ve ithalat arasında uzun dönemde bir ilişki olduğu gözlenmiştir. Granger nedensellik analizine göre ise değişkenler arasında bir nedensellik ilişkisine rastlanmamıştır. |
