dc.descriptionFen, karmaşık ve soyut doğası itibariyle her zaman öğrenciler için anlaşılması zor bir alan olmuştur. Bu nedenle öğrencilerin özellikle fen bilimlerindeki soyut olan kavram ve olayları algılamaları için kullanılan modellerin rolü son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada çeşitli araştırmalardan yararlanılarak fen eğitiminde kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan modelle öğretim yöntemi ve bu yöntemin fen öğretimindeki önemi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma, bir betimsel araştırmadır. Sonuç olarak, modeller ve modelle öğretim yöntemine yönelik bilgi verilmiş ve buna dayalı olarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur
dc.descriptionScience has been a difficult field for students always because of abstract and complicated nature of science. So effect of models which use in the science education has a great significance on the understanding of abstract concepts and events in the science. In this study, model based teaching methodwhich is one of science education methods and importance of this method has investigated by utilizing several studies. Descriptive method is used in this study. In conclusion, we gave information about models and model based teaching method and proposed suggestions based on this
