| dc.description | Değişen seyahat trendleri ile birlikte günümüz turistleri çevrimiçi satın alma kanallarını kullanmaya başlamışlardır. Özellikle otel seçiminde gerek meta arama motorları gerekse çevrimiçi seyahat siteleri ile otellerin web sayfalarından yararlanmaktadırlar. Bu süreçte tüketicilerin otel tercihleri bu sitelerdeki puanlamalardan da etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışma internet sitelerinde yer alan müşteri puanlamalarından yararlanılarak en uygun otelin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Çalışmada kullanılan TOPSİS yöntemi ile bir zincir otel işletmesinin Antalya bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 11 oteli içerisinden en uygun oteli belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre Side bölgesinde bulunan Crystal Sunrıse Queen Luxury Resort & Spa en uygun otel olarak belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description | Along with changing travel trends, today's tourists have started to use online purchasing channels. Tourists are making use of hotel selection from both with meta search engines, the web pages of hotels and online travel sites. In this process, tourist hotel preferences are also affected by the ratings on these web sites. This study aims to determine the most suitable hotel by using the customer ratings on the website. The study tried to determine the most suitable hotel by using TOPSIS method out of the 11 hotels of a hotel chain operating in Antalya. According to the results of the analysis, Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa in Side has been determined as the most suitable hotel. | |
