Bu araştırmada hem öğreten hem öğrenen hem de araştırmacı rolleri ilemesleki veya sosyal hayatlarında BİT’i etkili kullanmak zorunda olanöğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullarda yaşadıkları siber zorbalık mağduriyetlerininincelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için karma araştırma desenikullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu kartopu örnekleme yöntemi ilebelirlenmiş öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Öğretmenlerin görüşleri anket yöntemiile alınmıştır. Demografik bilgiler ve İşyeri Siber Zorbalık Davranışları Envanteriile toplanan verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde ve ortalama hesaplama ilekorelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin maruz kaldıkları siberzorbalık davranışları ile ilgili görüşlerin analizi için de betimsel analiztekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullardasiber zorbalık davranışlarına maruz kalma düzeylerinin düşük olduğugörülmüştür. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin en çok e-postalarının, telefon görüşmelerininveya mesajlarının dikkate alınmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Erkek öğretmenlerinsiber zorbalık davranışlarına kadın öğretmenlere göre daha fazla maruzkaldıkları ancak aradaki bu farkın anlamlı olmadığı saptanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin siber zorbalık davranışlarına maruzkalma durumları ile yaşları ve kıdemleri arasında anlamlı, zayıf ve negatifilişki bulunurken internet kullanım yılı ve günlük internet kullanım süresiarasında herhangi bir ilişki tespit edilememiştir. Araştırmanın son bölümündeöğretmenlerin siber zorbalık davranışları konusunda farkındalıklarının artmasıiçin daha fazla çalışma yapılması önerilmiştir. |

Theaim of this study was to investigate the cyberbullying victimizationexperienced by teachers who have to use ICT effectively in their professionalor social life with both their teaching and learning roles. Mixed researchdesign was used to achieve this aim. The study group consisted of teachersdetermined by snowball sampling method. The opinions of the teachers were takenby questionnaire method. Correlationanalysis, frequency, percentage, and average calculation were used in theanalysis of the data collected with Demographic Information and Inventory of Cyberbullying Acts at Work, Descriptiveanalysis technique was used to analyze the opinions of the teachers about thecyberbullying victims. Atthe end of the study, it was found that teachers' exposure to cyberbullyingbehaviors in schools was low. In addition, it was revealed that teachers'emails, phone calls or messages were mostly ignored. Male teachers weremore exposed to cyberbullying behaviors than female teachers, but thisdifference was not significant. While there was a significant, weak andnegative relationship between teachers' exposure to cyberbullying behaviors andtheir ages and seniority, no relationship was found between the year ofinternet use and the duration of daily internet use. At the end of theresearch, further studies were suggested to do to increase the awareness ofteachers about cyberbullying behaviors. |
