Ülkelerin ekonomik ve kültürel gelecekleri, yetiştirecekleri insan gücüyle şekillenmektedir. Genel nüfusun iyi eğitim almasının yanı sıra, toplumlarda pek de sıklıkla görülmeyen üstün yetenekli bireylerin, küçük yaşta belirlenerek, kendilerine özel hazırlanmış programlarla eğitime tabii tutulmaları, kendilerini ve ait oldukları toplumları ekonomik ve kültürel olarak daha üst seviyelere taşıyacaktır. Hangi alanda olursa olsun üstün yetenekli çocuklar, öncelikle aileleri ve sınıf öğretmenleri tarafından belirlenmelidirler. Öğretmenlerin, bu konuda bir yargıya varabilmeleri için de, üstün yetenekli çocukların özellikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaları gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç, sanatsal yetenekli çocukların genel özellikleri üzerinde durmak ve öğretmenlere ve ailelere yol gösterici bazı ipuçları sunmaktır. |

The economical and cultural future of the countries has been shaped by man power. Besides educating the population effectively, highly gifted people, who are not seen frequently, must be recognized in their early ages and educated within special programs. By this way, they will economically and culturally develop themselves and their society much further. Highly artistry gifted children must be recognized fistly by their families and classroom teachers. They must have information about the characteristics of the gifted children in order to recognize them. The aim of the study is to emphasize on the general characteristics of artistry gifted children and give guiding clues to the teachers and families. |
