Bu çalışma, okul yöneticilerinin bilgi teknolojileri ile ilgili eğitimleri alma ve kullanma durumlarını ortaya koymayı ve bunları etkileyen değişkenlerin neler olduğunu belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışma, tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2012-2013 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya ili Karatay, Meram ve Selçuklu ilçelerine bağlı resmi okullarda görev yapan 282 okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada Şişman-Eren (2010) tarafından geliştirilen veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul yöneticilerinin çoğunluğunun kelime işlemci, elektronik tablolama, sunum, internet, e-posta, okul yönetiminde eğitim teknolojisi uygulamaları konularında eğitim alarak kullandıkları; veri tabanı, web sayfası hazırlama, animasyon, grafik programları ile elektronik tahta konularında eğitim almayıp kullanmadıkları belirlenmiştir |

This study aims at revealing the school administrators’ situations about getting and using education on information technologies and identifying the variables affecting these issues.. The research is in scanning model. The sample of the research consists of 282 school administrators who have been working in state schools in Karatay, Selçuklu and Meram, districts of Konya, in the academic year of 2012-2013. The data collection tool which was developed by Şişman-Eren (2010) was applied in the research. At the end of the research, the findings demonstrated that most of the school administrators received training and have been using word processor, cell values, presentations, internet, e- mail and educational technology applications in the school management. On the other hand, they didn’t receive training and haven’t been using database, website preparing programs, animation programs, graphic programs and electronic board |
