dc.descriptionBu araştırmanın temel amacı, göreve yeni başlayan akademikpersonelin işe ve ortama uyumuile ilgili karşılaştığı problem ve güçlükleri incelemektir.Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu göreve yeni başlayan (1 – 3 yıl) toplam 90 akademikpersonel oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, 49 sorudan oluşan bir anketinakademik personele uygulanması ile elde edilmiştir. Anket yoluyla toplananverilerin analizinde SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences) 16.0 paketprogramı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, göreve yeni başlayanakademik personelin büyük çoğunluğu, akademik iş hayatına ve ortama uyum sağlamada,bilgilendirilmede ve görev ve yetkilerini algılamada  çeşitli zorluklar ile karşılaşmaktadır.
dc.descriptionThe main purpose of this study is to examine the problems anddifficulties newly appointed academic staffs to work and to adapt to theenvironment they have to face. The study group is consisted of a total of 90newly appointed academic staffs (1 - 3 years). Research data are obtained aquestionnaire consisting of 49 questions with the implementation of the academicstaffs. To analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire, SPSS (StatisticalPackages for the Social Sciences) 16.0 Software was used. According to theresults of the study, the majority of newly appointed academic staffs are facedwith various challenges like adapting to the environment in the academic andbusiness life, and the duties and powers of perception.
