Determination of Some Heavy Metals in Patato, Apple and Corn by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy

dc.descriptionIn this study, the heavymetals (As, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, V, Zn) in the patato, apple andcorn samples grown in Burdur Region and obtained from Burdur Center localbazaar were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical EmissionSpectroscopy (ICPOES). Potato and apple samples were solubilized using dryashing, while corn samples were solubilized using wet ashing technique. Thecalibration method was applied for the quantitative analysis of the samples andthe results are given at 95% of confidence level.
dc.descriptionBu çalışmada, Burdur bölgesinde yetiştirilen veBurdur Merkez yerel pazarından satın alınan patates, elma ve mısır örneklerindebazı ağır metallerin (As, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sb, V, Zn) tayiniindüktif eşleşmiş plazma optik emisyon spektroskopisi (ICPOES) ilegerçekleştirilmiştir. Patates ve elma örnekleri kuru yakma, mısır örnekleri iseyaş yakma tekniği kullanarak çözünür hale getirilmiştir. ICPOES tekniği ileörneklerin kantitatif analizinde kalibrasyon yöntemi kullanılmış ve sonuçlar%95 güven seviyesinde verilmiştir.
