dc.descriptionKablosuz iletişimsistemlerinden ortama pek çok frekansta sinyaller yayılmaktadır. Enerjihasatlama, ortamdaki bu anlık olarak var olan sinyallerin enerjisini alarakdoğru akım ve gerilime dönüştürme işidir. Bu çalışmada, Wilkinson güçbirleştirici kullanarak bir enerji hasatlama devresi tasarlanmıştır. Önerilendevre; iki koldan aldığı sinyalleri birleştirerek Greinacher doğrultmadevresine aktarmaktadır. Tasarımın merkez frekansı; ISM bandını kapsaması için2,45 GHz olarak seçilmiştir. Tasarlanan devrenin Giriş Gücü-Verim ve GirişGücü-Çıkış gerilimi analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, yük direncinin değişendeğerlerin göre de bu analizler tekrarlanmıştır. Sonuçta en iyi performans; 9dBm giriş gücü ve 200 Ohm yük direnci için yaklaşık %68 toplam dönüştürmeverimi ve 1 Volt çıkış gerilimi elde edilmiştir.
dc.descriptionThe signals are emitted from the wirelesscommunication systems to the environment at many frequencies. Energy harvestingis the process of converting the the existing signals to the direct current andvoltage by taking the energy. In this study, we designed an energy harvestingcircuit using Wilkinson power combiner. The proposed circuit; combines receivedpower from two input arms, and then transmits to the Greinacher Rectifiercircuit. The central frequency of the design was selected as 2.45 GHz to coverthe ISM band. In the study, input power-efficiency and input power-outputvoltage analysis of the designed circuit were performed. In addition, theseanalyzes were repeated according to the changing values of the load resistance.After all, the best performance; for 9 dBm input power and 200 Ohm loadresistance; approximately 68% of the total conversion efficiency and 1Voltoutput voltage was obtained.
