Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma in a Cat

Abstract

Melanomas are neoplasia of melanocytes and melanoblasts which may in benign or malign character. Malign melanoma is typically considered as a rare neoplasm in cats. In this case report, the clinical and histopathological findings of cutaneous malignant melanoma was reported in a sixteen year-old cat.
