dc.descriptionSon zamanlarda atanamama problemi, öğretmen adayları için ciddi sorun haline gelmekte ve onların yaşam doyumlarını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmada atama bekleyen öğretmen adaylarının yaşam doyumlarını yordayıcı değişkenler olarak, umutsuzluk, öğrenilmiş çaresizlik ve belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda farklı branşlardan 300’ü kadın ve 410’u erkek olmak üzere toplam 710 atama bekleyen öğretmen adayı araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modeline dayalı olarak yapılan çalışma sonuçlarına göre, umutsuzluk ve belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük atama bekleyen öğretmen adaylarının yaşam doyumunu önemli derecede yordarken, öğrenilmiş çaresizliğin yaşam doyumunu önemli derecede yordamadığı bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
dc.descriptionRecently, the problem of being unassigned has become a serious matter for teacher candidates and it has affected their life satisfaction negatively. In this study, it has been examined the levels of their desperetaness, learned helplessness, and intolerance to indefineteness as variables that predict the life satisfaction of teacher candidates waiting for assignment. In accordance with this purpose, in total 710 teacher candidates waiting for assignment in different branches, 300 of them are women and 410 of them are men, have been included in the scope of research. According to the results of the studies based on relational screening model, it has been found that desperetaness and intolerance to indefineteness predict the life satisfaction of teacher candidates waiting for assignment significantly while learned helplessness does not predict life satisfaction substantially. It has been made suggestions according to the results of research.
