Bu çalışmada, 2013yılında toplanan Acı Yavşan Otuna (Artemisia absinthiumL.) ait yapraklarda, katı faz mikro ekstraksiyon tekniği (SPME) kullanılarakuçucu bileşenler gaz kromatografisi kütle spektroskopisi (GC-MS) yardımı iletespit edilmiştir. Acı Yavşan Otu yapraklarında toplam 44 adet uçucu bileşentespit edilmiştir. α-thujen (%20.61), α-pinen (%8.50), sabinen (%8.22), p-simen(%7.23), limonen (%5.00), n-hekzanal (%4.96) ve thujon (%4.18) ana bileşenlerolarak bulunmuştur.
In this study, volatileconstituents of wormwood (Artemisiaabsinthium L.) leaves collected in 2013 were detected by gas chromatographymass spectroscopy (GC-MS) after solid phase micro extraction (SPME). Resultsdemonstrated that 44 components were obtained in the sample of wormwood leaves.α-thujene (20.61%), α-pinene (8.50%), sabinene (8.22%), p-cymene (7.23%),limonene (5.00%), n-hexanal (4.96%) and thujone (4.18%) were the dominant anddistinctive compounds of wormwood leaves.
