dc.descriptionBu araştırmanın amacı, Okul Deneyimi Programı’nın bu dersi daha öncealmış ve halen öğrenimlerine devam eden öğretmen adaylarının görüşlerindenyararlanılarak değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla eğitim programının temelözellikleri olan uygulanabilirlik, izlenebilirlik, amaca görelik, esneklik,bağdaşımcılık, işlevsellik özellikleri ölçüt olarak alınmıştır. Nitel araştırmayaklaşımıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır.Çalışma grubunun oluşturulmasında maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesine gidilmiş veCumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde “Okul Deneyimi” dersi almış, sonsınıfta öğrenimlerine devam eden okul öncesi öğretmenliği bölümünden altı, sınıf öğretmenliği bölümünden beş, sosyalbilgiler öğretmenliği bölümünden beş, fen bilgisi öğretmenliği bölümünden onolmak üzere toplam yirmi altı öğretmen adayının görüşleri yarı yapılandırılmışgörüşme formu aracılığıyla alınmış ve toplanan veriler betimsel analizleçözümlenmiştir. Sonuçta programın, uygulanabilirliğini, izlenebilirliğini,esnekliğini, amaca göreliğini ve teorik bilgilerle ilişkilendirilmesini olumsuzyönde etkileyen bir takım etkenlerin olduğu ortaya konulmuş, programın öğretmenadaylarınca bazı koşullar altında işlevsel olarak değerlendirildiği tespitedilmiş ve okul deneyimi dersine ilişkin alternatif bir program önerisindebulunulmuştur. 
dc.descriptionThe aim of this study is to evaluate the SchoolExperience course based on the views of the teachers who have already takenthis course and who are currently enrolled to the course. With this in mind,the course was evaluated in terms of practicality, traceability,goal-orientedness, flexibility, coherence and functionality. With qualitativeresearch approach, the interview technique was used to collect data, maximumvariety sampling method was used to form the study group and the views of atotal of 26 teacher candidates were taken via a semi-structured interview form.Teacher candidates who have already taken the “School Experience” course at theFaculty of Education, Cumhuriyet University and 6 senior students frompre-school education department, five seniors from elementary educationdepartment, five senior students at social studies education department and tenstudents from science education department at the same faculty were interviewedand data collected were analyzed with descriptive analysis. As a result, it wasrevealed that there were some factors that negatively affects the relation ofthe practicality, traceability, flexibility, goal-orientedness of the programwith theoretical knowledge and that they assessed that they found the programto be functional under some conditions. Finally, an alternative program wasproposed for the school experience course.
