dc.descriptionİnsanının rasyonelliği üzerinekurgulanan Neo klasik iktisat teorisi bu gün dünyada hâkim iktisatpolitikalarına yön vermektedir. Söz konusu politikaların neticesinde oluşanhali hazırdaki gelir ve servet dağılımı ise kabul edilebilirliğin çok ötesindebir durum sergilemektedir. Bu nedenle iktisadi hayattan, insanının yanılmazlığıgerekçesi ile ahlakı ve kamu denetimini dışlayan Neoliberal iktisat politikalarıyerine, toplumsal değerlerle, kamu denetimine yer veren, sermaye birikimi içinzenginin ihtirasına dönük üretim yerine, ihtiyaç sahibinin temel gereksinimleri için üretimi amaç edinen yeniiktisat anlayışına ihtiyaç olduğu muhakkaktır. Bu anlamda bireysellikten ziyadetoplumsal birlikteliği ve sosyal sorumluluğu dikkate alan, insana olduğu kadardoğaya karşı da duyarlı olan değerler ekseninde iktisadi hayatın düzenlenmesisosyal refah ve barış için zaruret arz etmektedir.  
dc.description   Neoclassicaleconomic theory, which is based on rationality of human, today directs thedominant economic policies of the world. As a result of these policies, thedistribution of income and wealth in the present situation is far beyondacceptable. Fort his reason, instead of neoliberal economic policies thatexclude moral and public control from economic life, it is necessary to have afair understanding of economics, based on social values and public supervision,aiming to produce for the essential needs of the poor, instead of desire of therich, aiming to capital accumulation. In this sense, it is necessary for socialwelfare and peace to regulate economic life in the framework of values thattake into account social cohesion and social responsibility rather thanindividuality and are sensitive to nature as well as human beings.
