dc.descriptionGünümüzde sağlık harcamaları pek çok sebebebağlı olarak hızlı bir şekilde artış göstermektedir. Bu artışın arkasında yatantemel nedenlerin başında teknolojik gelişmeler, hizmet kalitesindekiiyileşmeler ve doğumda beklenen yaşam yılının artması gelmektedir. Bu durumsağlık alanında kullanılacak sınırlı kaynakların tahsisinin büyük önem arzetmesine yol açmaktadır. Sağlık sektöründeki plan/proje ve uygulamalara ilişkinolarak kullanılabilecek ekonomik değerlendirme teknikleri önceliklerin neolacağı ve fırsat maliyetlerinin görülebilmesi açısından önemli bilgilersunmaktadır. Buna karşın, her bir ekonomik değerlendirme tekniğininüstünlükleri yanında zayıf yönleri de bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma çerçevesindesağlık hizmetlerinde uygulanan ekonomik değerlendirme teknikleri tanıtılmaklabirlikte, bu tekniklerin üstün ve zayıf yönleri konusunda değerlendirmeleryapılmıştır.
dc.descriptionNowadays, health expenditures increase rapidlydue to several reasons. The main reasons behind this increase are technologicaldevelopments, improvements in service quality and the increase in lifeexpectancy at birth. This situation causes the allocation of limited resourcesto be used in the health field to place great importance. The economic evaluationtechniques that can be used in relation to the plans/projects and practices inthe health sector provide important information about what the priorities andopportunity costs will be. On the other hand, each economic assessmenttechnique has weaknesses besides its advantages. Within the frame of thisstudy, economic evaluation techniques applied in health care have beenintroduced and evaluations have been made about the advantages and weaknessesof these techniques.
