Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the perception levels of hospital personnel
working in city hospital towards organizational ethical value, self-development,
organizational identification and work performance, to determine the relationship
between the variables and to reveal their effects on each other. Another aim of the
research is to examine the mediating role of organizational identification in the
relationship between organizational ethical value and perception of work performance;
the moderator role of self-development in the effect of organizational ethics on
organizational identification; The aim of this study is to determine the moderated
mediation role of self-development in the indirect effect of organizational ethical value
on the perception of work performance through organizational identification. The
population of the research consists of hospital personnel working in city hospital. In the
study, a questionnaire was applied to 621 hospital workers with the convenience
sampling method. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was a positive
low and medium level relationship between the variables. Organizational ethical value,
employee performance and organizational identification; organizational identification,
employee performance; It has been found that self-development predicts/affects
organizational identification. In addition, the role of mediator, moderate and moderated
mediation was determined in the research.
