dc.descriptionTheOrganized Industrial Zones (OIZs) are preparing a ground for theadministrative, technical and infrastructure services and industrialenterprises to operate together. In the regions, the investments will be madein cooperation; infrastructure, transportation and energy are managed from onehand, there is a medium that will reduce the production costs and increase thequality. The diversity of the services offered by the regions and the differentfeatures they have are making it difficult for the investors to choose theOrganized Industrial Zone. In this study; transport, infrastructure andincentive criteria, OIZs were evaluated in terms of investment climate. It isthought that this evaluation made will guide the choice of investors. Multiplecriteria were weighted by the entropy method; alternatives are listed by TOPSISmethod.
dc.descriptionOrganizeSanayi Bölgeleri (OSB) sundukları idari, teknik ve altyapı hizmetleri ilesanayi işletmelerine bir arada faaliyet gösterebilecekleri bir zeminhazırlamaktadır. Bölgelerde, yatırımların işbirliği içerisinde yapılacağı;altyapı, ulaşım, enerji gibi hizmetlerin tek elden yönetildiği, üretimmaliyetlerini azaltacak ve kaliteyi artıracak bir ortam bulunmaktadır.Bölgelerin sundukları hizmetlerin çeşitliliği ve sahip oldukları özelliklerinfarklı olması, yatırımcıları Organize Sanayi Bölgesi tercihi konusundazorlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada; ulaşım, altyapı ve teşvik kriterleri kullanılarakOrganize Sanayi Bölgeleri yatırım ortamı açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılanbu değerlendirmenin yatırımcılara tercih konusunda yol gösterici olacağıdüşünülmektedir. Değerlendirmede, Entropi yöntemi ile çoklu kriterlerağırlıklandırılmış; TOPSIS yöntemi ile de alternatifler sıralanmıştır.
